Marie and I would like to take the opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for all your efforts in building our retirement home in Winding River Plantation.

Since we reside in New Jersey, we were understandably apprehensive about the prospect of "long-distance" construction with a contractor we were not familiar with. Dear Jim,

As you know I have been in the construction business for over 25 years. I am certainly qualified to render judgment on the quality of the outcome and the overall experience. This letter is unique however since you were not my builder. I chose another contractor because of schedule. I made a mistake, not a terrible mistake, but one that produced for me a lessor product, and deprived me of the experience of working with your company.

I have seen at least four of your projects in various stages of construction, including completion. I was always impressed with the level of quality and your attention to the minutest detail. Jim and Lisa -
I don't know where to start. Its seems hard to believe that last January we were in your office talking about what Betymarie and I liked and didn't like in houses and here we are the (very) proud owners of a house that far surpasses any of our expectations. As we accomplished the walk through this past weekend, what struck the two of us is that the difference between this house and the other two custom houses we had built is that this is the first time we had true craftsman in charge of the construction. Our other houses were built very well, but each builder did exactly what we asked for - neither of them had the vision (or maybe not the skill set) to put the finishing touches into the house that changes it from nice to "wow". That is what you did for us. We would never have thought of the many enhancements that you included as the house went from design though completion - every time we made a visit to check on the progress we were surprised by another goodie. We cannot thank you enough for what you delivered.

In addition to thanking you, I also want to encourage you to give out our name and contact information to any prospective clients.
